​​MY JOURNEY

I'm Sweta—an architect by education, a teacher by nature, and a yoga instructor by calling. My fitness journey began on school tracks and continued through college and university. Though I pursued a PhD in architecture at IIT Roorkee, life had other plans. A spontaneous visit to the campus yoga hall introduced me to yoga that transformed my life. Guided by my teacher, Malik Sir, practicing yoga asanas and kriyas became my daily routine — through foggy mornings, summer heat, and even two bouts of COVID.

During the pandemic, I started teaching my friends pranayamas, jal neti and asanas online- just to help. What began as a small effort soon grew into a thriving digital community of over 1,200 women from different walks of life. Today, I continue to teach through online sessions, making it easy for women to join in from anywhere and prioritise themselves — right from home. Sessions are designed for all levels — because we all move differently, and that’s okay. What matters most is showing up and growing from where you are.

MY MISSION

My mission is to educate and empower women about their health—not just physically, but emotionally and mentally. Through multistyle training that blends yoga with strength-training (especially important after 30), I help women reconnect with their bodies and inner strength. My focus is on real, sustainable lifestyle changes—mindful eating, better sleep, emotional awareness, and self-worth. The results go beyond weight loss or fitness—they show up in how women move through everyday life: playing with their kids, carrying groceries with ease, sleeping better, emotional regulation, embracing self-love and gratitude.​

MY APPROACH

Our community is built on empathy, shared growth, and the simple mindset of 'JUST SHOW UP'—my mantra. In the next five years, I hope to reach lakhs of women who may have forgotten the power they hold within, and to build a team of like-minded instructors who share this purpose.

CERTIFICATIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS

I’m a certified yoga instructor by the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India, and trained at The Yoga Institute, Mumbai—India’s oldest yoga school. I am also a certified nutritionist (from MHB) and a prenatal -postnatal coach. Teaching—whether in classrooms or through a screen—has always been where I feel most at home. And I’m here to remind every woman:
